Commit36dadef23f("kprobes: Init kprobes in early_initcall") moved the kprobe setup in early_initcall(), which includes kprobe jump optimization. The kprobes jump optimizer involves synchronize_rcu_tasks() which depends on the ksoftirqd and rcu_spawn_tasks_*(). However, since those are setup in core_initcall(), kprobes jump optimizer can not run at the early_initcall(). To avoid this issue, make the kprobe optimization disabled in the early_initcall() and enables it in subsys_initcall(). Note that non-optimized kprobes is still available after early_initcall(). Only jump optimization is delayed. be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
