MapEdit now ends up in the same folder as CorsixTH when doing 'make install',LICENSE.txt is no longer required twice, but CorsixTH.ico is (for shortcuts).\n Was finally able to create debian packages in a reasonably 'nice' way, though it is probably not optimal.
