Make some miscellaneous fixes to the first paragraph of "ECC memory":
- Change the incorrect "74 bits" to "72 bits".
- Change "mentioned on" to "mentioned in".
- Remove the extra "extra".
- Rephrase some sentences as suggested by Matthew Wilcox.

Sphinx produce some warnings due to a bad table format:

Rearrange the things there in order to supress the warnings
while being precise at the Sphinx output about how ranks are
mapped into csrows.

Two table problems caused the PDF build to fail:
- Evidently multirow cells are not appreciated in table headers,
so remove such from the "CS Rows" table.
- The logging message structure table was incorrectly formatted,
with two "+" instead of "|". The HTML build is forgiving of such
things, but PDF is not.
