Pull ENABLE_MUST_CHECK removal from Miguel Ojeda:
 "Remove CONFIG_ENABLE_MUST_CHECK (Masahiro Yamada)"

Note that this removes the config option by making the must-check
unconditional, not by removing must check itself.
